Pricing and Payments Policy:
All prices are Net, they include Mexican Federal Value Added Tax (IVA) and are FOB Monterrey, N.L. Mex. All prices are subject to change without notice. If you need an Invoice, please contact us before the shipment is made, though we will need your fiscal details and Tax ID.
If you live OUTSIDE MEXICO, please do not make ANY PAYMENT before checking with your vendor the following: your payment method, and shipping availability and pricing for your area. All this products are made in Mexico or were imported into Mexico. Customs Regulations apply and/or Taxes in your Country, please check this before you make your order.
Shipping & Handling: All prices are FOB Monterrey N.L. Mex. All shipping and handling costs are quote separately. Please consult the price of freight before you make any payment. Freigh in the metropolitan area of Monterrey is free of charge. Shipping with 3rd parties are not our responsibility. Claims for product damage or late deliveries must be made to the shipping company.
Time of Delivery: Your order will be send once we get the payment or deposit credited in our account. Please consider if you make a deposit or pay with cheque form other bank, we will stall the shipping until the funds are validated. Once a deposit or transfer has been made, please report it to us by email at info@blueriver.com.mx.
Returns: We do not accept returns, all sales are final. If according to the Conditions of Use and Limited Warranty of the product this needs to be returned, please contact via e-mail to authorize the return. Product must be returned with freight paid to the following address:
